We are a small boutique pasta manufacturer located in the Otway Region of Victoria. Here are a few points on why our pasta is a real stand out!

We only use the finest quality Australian ingredients.

“True” Free Range Eggs that are local to the Otway Region.

We use a special blend of Durum Wheat Semolina, “00” White Flour and Organic Khorasan Flour. These flours are the highest quality available in Australia. Our pasta is manufactured using an authentic Italian process on a machine that was imported from Italy over 30 years ago.
