Oscar Lopez Psychology

Oscar Lopez is a Psychologist who helps people with a range of problems and difficulties including, anxiety and depression; grief and loss; stress and post traumatic stress disorder; panic attacks; relationship, and families. His special interest and experience is in the area of relationship difficulties, and post traumatic stress disorder.

Oscar uses many different counselling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Focus Therapy, and Hypnosis. He uses a client-centred approach, which focuses on each client’s individual needs.

Oscar is a bilingual psychologist (Spanish and English) who works with men, women, couples, adolescents, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in a professional, non-judgemental and sensitive manner. Oscar is registered with major health insurers, Medicare, WorkCover, and TAC .
