Orange Powder Coat prides itself on doing a thorough job and preparation is the first step. A Full Pre Treatment is very important in the Powder Coating Process. Chemical or Zinc based Pre Treatment is applied, which has a dual purpose: to protect the job and to help the powder to adhere to the job.

Abrasive Blasting is another important step in the preparation process. Some items require blasting to clean back old paint, rust, etc.

We can Blast only or Blast and Prime if this is all you require.
