At Optimal Physiques we pride ourselves on offering tailored bootcamp sessions to suit a variety of fitness levels, ages and genders in a fun and supportive environment. We believe that exercising should be enjoyable so we aim to deliver unique and fun sessions incorporating teamwork, games and competitions to promote a positive association with exercise while still getting a tough workout.
Sessions are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings (6:30pm) and Saturday mornings (6:30am) in Mitchelton Park (Mitchelton Football Fields), opposite the Gaythorne RSL on Samford Road. We are located on the side closest to the main road. Sessions run for 45 minutes and cost $10.
Sessions are generally tailored to suit specific numbers so please contact us on Facebook or private messages at least 24 hours prior to the session to secure your space.
