Open Heart Counselling

I believe that healing comes through understanding and loving acceptance of our unique life stories. My counseling draws upon the wisdom of the inner worlds to explore and make sense of these stories through deep listening, mindfulness, body awareness, art therapy and meditation.

I am a qualified counselor with a BA in Psychology and a Grad. Diploma in Counseling. Much of my working life has been in community development and I started my private counseling practice in 2014.

I have recently completed training in Family Constellations and will soon be offering this very powerful modality to my clients. Family Constellations focuses on family and ancestral patterns that impact our present day lives.
