Nev, as he in known by the online brewing community in Australia, has been brewing beer in one form or another for 30 years, and stepped up to All Grain Brewing in 2000 when he undertook Brewing Science at Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. Despite the many beers he imbibed whilst attending Edith Cowan he managed to study Brewing Raw Materials, Brewing Process, Chemistry, Microbiology, Fermentation and Sensory Analysis. After a career in the brewing industry he decided to concentrate on developing his online retail business interests.
