Our mission is to get more people moving to improve the quality and longevity of thier lives.
We offer a very welcoming, friendly and fully equipped gym. We have group fitness studios, a fast fitness express circuit, a Cycle Room, Personal training and over 45 group exercise classes weekly including; Zumba, Yoga, Stretching, and other specialty classes.

All of our trainers & Instructors are fully qualified and registered fitness professionals with years of knowledge and experience, many are qualified in nutrition and injury rehabilitation, We're sure one of our trainers can help you out with your health and fitness goals.
