Husband/wife team Leigh and Amanda McDivitt. The kitchen is Leigh's domain whilst Amanda runs the front of house.

Leigh has always been passionate about cooking according to the seasons, and for ensuring that all his produce is sustainable. Leigh takes pride in his kitchen garden growing vegetables, edible weeds, flowers and herbs that he can squeeze into his inner city garden housed on the roof of the restaurant.

Everything is done in house, down to the house made bacon and bread bakedfresh daily. Amanda also infuses her own vodkas for the amazing bespoke cocktails in the bar.
