Owner/Manager Narelle Stacey has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and over 20 years of massage experience. She is an extremely knowledgeable women and passes this knowledge onto her trainers and staff.
We have a fully equipped gym with a range of weight machines and cardio machines. We also have a large floor area for classes and personal training. If your after help reaching your goals come in and see us, we can arrange a program/diet according to your needs! Or keep an eye out for our regular body transformation challenges!
