On Point Nails- by Sarah Francis, is a boutique professional home nail studio at Lesmurdie in the Perth Hills.
The premise is fully registered; business name, Shire approvals for hygiene, Skin Penetration and planning. Sarah is also a qualified Cert 2 Nail Technician.

The Gel Polish and nail lacquer that is used in the salon is exclusively OPI, and Sarah has over 200 colours to choose from!

*Saturdays available for special occasion bookings.
* Mobile bookings available for gel polish hands and toes or On Point Express hands or toes for bridal parties or groups of 3 people or more.

New Clients:
Welcome! I'm so excited that you have chosen me to pamper you! Please note the below information before attending your first appointment with me:
• A booking fee of $20 is required to secure your first appointment. If you attend the appointment, then the $20 will be taken off your service total. Once the funds have been received, your booking will be confirmed.
• if you don't attend or cancel the appointment within 48 hours I reserve the right to make the booking fee non-refundable to cover the cost of being unable to fill your appointment.
• I will message/call/text you the day before your appointment to confirm and to give you my address.
• I ask that you arrive on time but no more than 5 mins prior to the appointment time as I may have another client, getting a quick bite to eat or even be naked :P
• If you arrived more than 10 minutes late I may need to reschedule your appointment or modify the service to fit the time allowed.
• Please park on the verge in front of the house or in the driveway if you prefer.
• I accept cash only on the first appointment before you leave, but I may be able to arrange electronic funds transfer with you after a few appointments if this is more convenient.
• If you are bringing a friend or your child, please ask me in advance as the salon is within my home and the salon is not large.

Revisiting Clients:
Thank you again for being so loyal and wonderful! Just some ongoing reminders for when you make your appointments.
• I'll message/call/text you the day of, or the day before your appointment to confirm that you'll be there. Just fire back a quick yes, no or hell yeah for acknowledgment.

Refund/Repair Policy:
• if you are unhappy with the service provided, please notify me within 24hours of leaving your appointment. We can discuss a way to rectify the issue.
• If you experience service breakdown within 72 hours please contact me as soon as the problem occurs. I will assess the issue and repair where possible.
• Breakages or issues after 72 hours are unable to be fixed free of charge as they are likely to be a result of rough handling or accidental damage. I can however arrange for a time to repair the nail for a fee dependant on the amount of damage and nail art on each damaged nail.

Other Housekeeping:
• Please contact me in the case of heavy lifting of acrylic/hard gel nail(s) between appointments and I'll arrange to refill and repair them earlier than scheduled. If you leave these nails for a longer period of time there is risk of water and bacteria becoming trapped and infections occurring as a result. Some infections are purely superficial and others will mean that you will need doctors clearance for me to continue service on that nail.
• Upon assessment of your hands and/or toes at your appointment, if I am concerned that there is a reason not to treat you (fungal infection, bacterial infection, open sores etc) I reserve the right to ask you to obtain doctors clearance before making another appointment.
• To ensure I can fit you into your preferred appointment spot, please book in advance.
• If you are sick with a cold, flu or virus please reschedule your appointment.
• People that don't show up to an appointment with no notification will not be able to be rebooked again.
