Hello and welcome to my page. I am an Energy Medicine Practitioner (or to be specific - Kinesiologist and Reiki Master) based in the beautiful Perth Hills, WA. With a long standing passion for energetic medicine and the mind, body, spirit connection, I seek to assist my clients achieve harmony, balance and growth within all aspects of their being.

A session ("balance") with me, is a chance to explore and improve your wellness (physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health) in a safe and nurturing environment. Kinesiology is a wonderful modality that provides an extremely comprehensive and effective means of uncovering underlying stress patterns and their causes, leading to long lasting health and vitality. A blend of western physiological science and eastern healing arts, Kinesiology utilises knowledge and techniques from a range of disciplines including the Chinese Acupuncture and Meridian System, modern chiropractic, osteopathy, nutrition, psychology, and the subtle energetic bodies (such as the aura, chakras and nadis). Gentle muscle monitoring is used as a biofeedback tool throughout a session in order to determine areas of imbalance and to apply appropriate corrections. These corrections may include meridian and acupressure stimulation, emotional stress release techniques, muscle stimulation, sound therapy, flower essences, essential oils, reiki healing and specific exercises.

Safe and effective for all ages, Kinesiology can be used to treat a variety of conditions including stress & anxiety, depression, fatigue, physical pain & musculoskeletal issues, allergies, asthma, low immunity, hormonal issues, digestive & nutritional complaints, fears & phobias, addictions, relationship problems, poor self-esteem, learning difficulties, performance enhancement, goal setting and long term unresolved complaints. As you can see it's a rather large & yet by no means comprehensive list! Essentially, if you have a physical complaint, or are experiencing difficulties within your life, Kinesiology is a wonderful tool for "tracking" this block/stress/old pattern and shining light on it, allowing it to be cleared and released.
