Welcome to OmniFit a Sutherland Shire based health and fitness business. OmniFit has been created by Australian Fitness Trainer, Shaun Pickering, who successfully undertook his own body transformation journey.

From 2010, Shaun commenced his transformation weighing in at about 140 kg, and through his own dedication, commitment and struggles, began to transform both physically and mentally.

In 2012, weighing 85 kg, the lightest he could remember, Shaun started his dedication to fitness by transitioning into Personal Training with his success story as the major driver to help others. With a total loss of 55 kg, Shaun had a new lease on life, and drive to help transform other peoples lives through training and fitness.
