Nadine has been practising different styles of yoga for over 15 years, from Satyananda to Bikram, she practised originally for fitness, but as her practice developed she opened more and more to the deeper level of mindfulness that also comes through yoga.
Her passion is a flowing Vinyasa style and last year became a Yoga Australia recognised level 1 teacher. (Level 2 training begins Sept 2016!)
This year she also undertook an alignment course to further her knowledge and concentration on this area knowing that correct postural alignment prevents injury for all types of people and bodies, from sporting groups through to corporate workplaces.
She would like to do more in both these sporting and corporate spaces.
