The therapist tunes into the body which becomes their complete focus during the treatment. The body is viewed as a whole, body mind & Spirit and massaged accordingly, intention and intuition guiding the massage as opposed to performing a routine set of techniques as can occur in other forms of massage. Lomi Lomi Bodywork is a deeply nurturing massage with a focus on placing the body in a complete state of relaxation. Using repetitive flowing motion over the entire body, muscles are lengthened and stretched, joints loosened as the body sinks into a deep meditative state. It takes massage to a whole new level providing a relaxing, nurturing and supportive experience for the whole body. Bodywork has the potential to support healing on many levels as is works with the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the body. Bodywork is extremely beneficial during times of stress, exhaustion, grief and depression. It leaves you feeling whole and complete, likened to receiving a giant hug from the universe.

Hawaiian Pregnancy Massage. With a pregnancy hatch fitted to the table this provides mothers to be with the opportunity to lay on their tummy and feel completely supported as they move through the stages of their pregnancy. This is a special time of transformation for expecting mums and massage can provide a beautiful magical bond between mother and child. This style of massage is based on the same principals as Lomi Lomi Massage and offers support, nurturing and much needed relaxation.

Reiki is one of the original forms of hands on healing. It provides the body with a deep sense of relaxation and peace. Reiki has the ability to support healing in the physical body, balance the emotional and mental bodies and align our spirit. It opens the flow of ‘Chi’ throughout the body leaving you feeling peaceful, rejuvenated and balanced


All massages are full body massage and only organic coconut oil is used for these treatments. Treatment times vary depending on the style from 1hr, 1.5hr & 2hrs.
