Nyola Beach House

Peppermint Grove Beach is in the Shire of Capel and is one of the south-west's best kept secrets situated midway between Bunbury and Busselton, "Peppy" Beach is one of the cleanest and quietest in Geographe Bay and is often visited by pods of dolphins. The beach is dog friendly with 4WD access to certain areas. With the town of Capel less than a 10 min drive away for all your grocery and fuel needs, this is the ideal location for your next getaway. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Bunbury, Busselton or Dunsborough. This will actually feel like a holiday.

Accommodation

Just a pleasant 2 hour 20min drive from Perth, this bright, seaside retreat offers the perfect spot to relax overlooking the gorgeous Peppermint Grove wetlands from the balcony (ocean glimpses from the front of the house) and a base from which to sample many of the south-west's attractions.

Main Living area:
- Spacious living area comprises large flat-screen television, CD/DVD player, selection of books, CD's and DVD movies.
- Back deck that overlooks the stunning wetlands is the ideal spot for drinks or cook up a feast on BBQ.
- Well appointed kitchen has gas cook-top and oven, large pantry stocked with essentials, fridge and all basic utensils and dinnerware.
- Reverse cycle airconditioner.

Second living area:
- With massive stacker sliding doors this is the perfect spot to relax with a good book.
- Docking station for ipod/iphone (4) you will require an adapter for later models.

Bedrooms: (Sleep 6)
- The main bedroom has a queen-size bed huge wardrobe and views to the wetlands.
- The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds - one with a double bed on the bottom. Huge wardrobe and a TV with built in DVD player.
- Doonas and pillows provided. Sheets on request.

The bathroom comprises shower, vanity and also houses the washing machine.
- Towells can be provided on request

Clothesline is located under the house.

Small dogs will be considered on an individual basis.

Rates are $170 per night per couple - $10.00 per night each extra person
$20 cleaning fee.
