As Australia’s overweight and obesity rate grows, so does the need for a clearer, more balanced approach to nutrition and wellbeing. We’re here to provide that approach – through education.

Nutrition Force is a leading nutrition education organisation, based in WA, specialising in healthy eating cooking classes, weight loss programs, nutrition and wellness programs for both kids and adults, fussy eaters and corporate wellness.

We know that being happy and healthy takes more than simply eating right. Good nutrition is a great start, but it’s the combination of healthy eating, exercise and mental health that form the basis of lasting wellbeing. With this in mind, all our programs have been developed to give people the skills and strategies they need to be able to make informed choices about food and enjoy long-term health benefits. We offer health and wellbeing programs to any person or organisation wishing to invest in better health.

Our programs are fun, interactive, and based on the latest scientific research in nutrition. We also incorporate a variety of teaching methods into our workshops to make it easier for participants to make positive changes. Everyone on our team has a solid background in nutrition, fitness, psychology or education, and a passion for sharing their knowledge.
