Nurturing You - Ka Huna & Pregnancy Massage

You're a Mama who devotes your days and weeks giving all to nurture your babies and family yet struggle to make or find the time to nurture yourself. I know, I've been there!

Which is why I want to make it as simple and accessible as possible for you to receive a nurturing Ka Huna massage for your tired body and soul in a safe space by being creative with child care solutions. Eg. Two Mamas book appointments back to back and look after each other’s children at our very child friendly home, while you each receive your massage. If you have a newborn and need to have them close and attend to them during your massage, that’s ok too.

This beautiful form of bodywork also known as Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, provides a holistic approach to healing by balancing the body & mind in it's physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions.

Often called the 'Rolls Royce Of Massage' Ka Huna is unique in that we use our hands, forearms & elbows and move around the table (using Tai Chi style flowing movement) working with energy whilst applying both soft & deep tissue massage. Music is played and we attune the flow of the massage to harmonise rhythms within the clients body, mind & soul.
