"In 2011 I personally have lost over 50kg and have now become a qualified Personal Trainer with my cert III and IV in Fitness and a Level I in Mixed Martial Arts/Boxing. I have run marathons around Uluru in central Australia and through the mountains on the outskirts of San Francisco. I have run 21 half marathons in 21 consecutive days for charity. In may 2013 I completed my first ultra-marathon, a 100km trail run through The Blue Mountains just outside Sydney. I finished in 17hr 50mins, earning me the "sub 20hr Bronze belt buckle". An incredible difference to weighing 132kg less than 2years ago.

I am starting this page so I can share some ideas with you and provide some motivation to help get you out there! Because the first step is always the hardest...

As a qualified PT, I also run some basic training groups each week. I am based in the Sutherland Shire and am very excited about introducing people to a healthier lifestyle. So if you are interested then please dont hesitate in contacting me.
