Nucleus Muscular Therapy & Pilates began operating in 2005 in Cork, Ireland before opening in Adelaide, South Australia in 2008. Founded by Letti Kemp who had spent over 18 years working in the leisure industry as a Personal Trainer and Leisure Centre Manager. Amongst Letti’s past client listings are Olympic Athletes, Pro Tour and Professional Cyclists, Australian Institute of Sports National Cycling Programmes, and Members of Munster Rugby.
