Nuala Anne McKeever

Nuala has a strong passion to lead, inspire and motivate individuals to be the best that they can be. It’s a fact – she loves people! Her drive and enthusiasm for life inspires everyone she comes into contact with.

After 15 years working overseas as a Senior Manager in the Corporate World, Nuala returned to Ireland in 2011 to spend more time with her family.

Nuala has vast experience in training, communication, motivation, positive thinking and personal organization. All of which hugely complements her passion for Complete Wellbeing and Personal Development.

Nuala is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and has been spreading the joy of Laughter Yoga across Ireland since 2012. With her high energy, positive spirit and enthusiasm, Nuala shares Laughter Yoga with groups right across the public and private sector. Whether it is a team of Executives in the Boardroom or a full class of children in a school, Nuala’s skills, adaptability and style of delivery ensures the needs of each group are met.

As a Complementary Therapist also, Nuala’s caring and nurturing personality provides a safe and secure environment for each of her clients to feel comfortable, relaxed and open to healing. Whether it is to provide a listening ear or to impart the beautiful gift of Reflexology,

Nuala’s intention for everyone she works with is that they leave feeling better than how they arrived.

On a personal level, Nuala loves life, adventure and travel. She loves the outdoors! Her latest adventure saw her walk 500km of the Camino de Santiago across Spain. An incredible spiritual journey for Nuala and one that she is already planning to continue very soon! Watch this space!
