$5 exercise / walking session
I've started up a local low key exercise-walking outing.

I love to help, encourage and motivate ladies to exercise (or start to exercise) and feel better about themselves. I understand that a gym membership may be too daunting, not for you or not fit into the family budget etc.

What I am offering is motivation and years of experience in the fitness industry. I am a local mum with teenage daughters. Life before the girls I was a gym junkie, aerobics instructor and worked at swimming pools and gyms.

Now out here in Teesdale in my 40's (46) I still love to stay fit, go for walks and exercise.

If you are interested in some motivation and encouragement, I would love to help you. I'm open to suggestions of times and days that would suit.
