NRGIZE offers a range of activities & services including:

Fitness Classes (Weights, Boxing, Freestyle, Pilates, HIIT Blast and MetaFit) See our page for timetable & class descriptions. Classes and times subject to change.

Bootcamps (8-weeks in length, run throughout the year), ladies only Challenges, mens only SPIN Challenges.


NRGIZE also offers various payment and membership options (no membership or joining fees!). Please email nrgizefitness @outlook.com for the latest specials and membership prices.

Please note: For liability reasons and for personal safety, no persons under the age of 13 are permitted in the fitness areas.
