At Nourished we aspire to deliver healthy, nutritious and tasty food, exceptional coffee & friendly, service in a relaxed atmosphere.

We believe the key to healthy food is the ingredients, keeping them pure & fresh and organic where possible. Our food is served as close to its natural state as possible, without processing and additives. We ad no preservatives, artificial colours or flavouring. We cook with lots of fresh herbs and spices not only for taste but for their health and medicinal properties. This also allows the use of less salt.

All of our menu is hand made and fryer free. We cook with love!
