My name is Natalia and I am the owner of Nourish Bodywork and Wellbeing.

I specialise in full body massages in either Swedish style incorporating aromatherapy oils or Temple Style Hawaiian Lomi Lomi.

Also available are half hour foot treatments and pregnancy massage.

I am a Member of IICT, have full insurance, and hold Senior First Aid.

In 2015 I began studying an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine. My studies will be completed in early 2018. At this stage I am not qualified to take on nutrition clients or to provide a specific diagnosis to your health needs, but I will take the opportunity to provide general information on nutrition on this page.
