Welcome to Nourish and Grow Natural Lamb. Owners John and Ann Crossing breed Dorper lambs raised in a natural environment. They are free of growth hormones and antibiotics. Our property Glenace is situated in the unique rangelands of Western NSW and is managed with a holistic and regenerative approach.

Animal welfare, quality over quantity, soil regeneration, self and community sustainability are our primary focus. Our animals are a vital part of our holistic approach to rejuvenate the soil by increasing water absorption, organic matter, building biodiversity and capturing carbon. Keeping our animals as one mob gives us the biggest positive impact on the soil. They wander freely in the paddocks whilst feeding on native pastures – just as nature intended.

We want people to eat and enjoy the whole animal, gaining the health and nutritional benefits from a naturally raised animal as well as the savings from an economical purchase. From a half carcass of lamb you will get a variety of meal solutions ranging from the prime cuts to the secondary ones, but we believe the most flavoursome.

For our Cobar customers, we have partnered with ROAR - a local Rural Outback Animal Respite/Rescue organisation. Our customers are given the opportunity to donate to this very worthwhile community organisation by donating some of their order ie: trimmings, bones are the most popular. Being able to support this service is a great feeling and resonates well with our strong beliefs of good animal welfare.
