Northwest Tennis Academy

The Northwest Tennis Academy was established as a business in January 2000 by the current business owner/operator Jarrod campbell at the Tamworth Tennis Club. Jarrod holds a Advanced Club Professional qualification and has 30 years experience in the tennis industry. Jarrod is also one a 3 regional/NIAS head coaches who deliver the programs to the regions best athletes outside of thier private arena. The Academy also employs four other tennis professionals - Tim Clarke, Brendan Hayes, Daniel Nash and Brandon Burey. The Academy boasts a reputation of success, professionalism and commitment to its clients and the sport of tennis. The Academy offers coaching programs to all levels of players from raw beginners from age 4 through to nationally ranked athletes and senior tournament and club players. Private, group and squad sessions run on a term to term basis at the Academy. Staff form the Academy also run programs in pre-schools, public schools and private schools on a weekly basis. The Academy is also in charge of running the competitions at the club on a weekly basis - Mens, Womens, Mixed, A grade & Junior comps are all available. Holiday tennis camps and birthday parties are well supported by the Academy as well. The Academy is positioned in the park lands of Treloar Park and is a fun, safe and social environment for players of all ages and standards to enjoy the sport of tennis.
