Northshore Personal Trainers

After a difficult, frustrating journey of losing a 20kg+ weight gain, I made the decision to become a Personal Trainer in 2005. I knew from what I had gone through just what struggles and self-doubts my clients would be going through to improve their health and fitness.

I started my career in a Gym setting and in 2014 I purchased Northshore Personal Trainers Studio. Recently I made the decision to take my business mobile. I made this decision because unlike a Gym or a Personal Training Studio, I know the struggles and pressure some people experience by attending a “building” or having people “staring” at you while you are training and realised this can be removed and my focused directed on my clients in an environment that suits them.

Unlike other Personal Trainers I do not do “one size fits most” programs. Every session I will customise around you, your goals, your strengths, your weaknesses, your likes and dislikes. You are never too unfit or too big to start!

All you need is your backyard, lounge room or the great outdoors in a park of your choice. I will bring all the fitness equipment you need to shed the kilos and become the fittest you’ve ever been in your life.
