Northern Territory Camp Quality

Camp Quality believes every Australian child impacted by cancer should have every opportunity to thrive. We do this by providing innovative programs and services to develop life skills and strengthen the wellbeing of children aged 0 – 13 growing up with cancer, and their families.

Camp Quality supports kids right across the NT, be that their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of someone they love (parent, carer or sibling).
Our award winning, world first app "A Kids Guide To Cancer" is an important tool in helping kids understand cancer, treatments and how they can be there for their loved one. You can find more info through the app store or on our website.
In early 2017, the Territory welcomed back the puppets into our schools, where the program helped support over 6,000 kids, busting myths about cancer in a non-confronting and fun way!
As there is no paediatric oncologist in Darwin, most children needing treatment will need to travel interstate, and it is here that they are supported by our Family Support Teams, as well as in-hospital visits from Giggle and the Camp Quality Puppets.
