From the point of purchase, health and care of the animals are the owners responsibility (inforced by industry standards) We do not offer cash refunds or replacements.

Replacements for incorrect sexing are able to be swapped by appointment only.

Please note if YOU require transport you will need to contact a specific animal company and get a quote as they are unaffiliated with us.
ROOSTER RETURN - If you have purchased unsexed from us, we offer a free rooster return service. You can contact us to arrange an appointment.
If you have purchased a sexed pullet and it turns out to be a rooster. We will be replace to the value of original purchase. You can contact us to arrange an appointment.
Any returns must be in good health and free of internal & external parasites, otherwise your return will be declined.
HEALTH - From the point of purchase, the health of the bird is the owners responbility. We do not replace or refund, any return is classed as a surrender by appointment only.
