Ducks left whole $5 each Turkeys/geese left whole $5.50 each Stuffed = extra $2 Gluten Free = extra $3
On top of above listed fees additional charges as follows=chickens/rabbits boned & rolled $4 each roll Ducks/turkeys & geese boned & rolled $4.50 each roll Stuffed= extra $2 Gluten Free = extra $3
Any whole bird/rabbit cut into portions/pieces = an extra $3.00 per bird/rabbit
Boneless fillets(breast/thighs) & stir fry =$3.50 per kilo any bird
Mince = $3 per kilo any product Sausages =$3.50 per kilo any product Gluten free sausages= $4 per kilo any product
Any bird split/butterflied(bone in) $1 each Split/butterflied boneless $2 each Marinated or spiced & vacuumed sealed $3 per bird
Kebabs(on a stick)=80 cents each Marinated or spiced $1 each Breast/thigh snitzel plain or crumbed=$1 a piece
Boneless Mini Stuffed Thigh Roasts 80 cents each mini roast
