North Pointe Physie and Dance

Physie is fun. It is also social. It promotes fitness and a general sense of well-being, and self-worth. APDA embraces the opportunity for positive change. The creative team at APDA pride themselves in understanding the need to review and redefine this unique sport, and collectively they have designed a national curriculum that is energetic, edgy and always exciting for students.

Girls and ladies compete both individually and in teams on a local and national level, culminating in the national grand finals being held at the Concert Hall of the Sydney Opera House at the end of the year. Physie has kept girls and women of all ages fit and flexible for over 100 year. APDA looks to continue this whilst marrying modern day dance to excite and appeal to the women on Australia.
