North Lakes State College' is a state school in North Lakes, Queensland that offers education for both boys and girls from preparatory through to Year 12.The College has four phases of learning - Early Phase (Prep to Year 3), Lower Middle Phase (Year 4 to Year 6), Upper Middle Phase (Year 7 to Year 9) and Senior Phase (Year 10 to Year 12).North Lakes State College is a school with a student population of over 2800 students currently (2014) and is estimated to drop by 2016 since new schools are openingNorth Lakes State College partakes in several specialist programs such as : Dance, Signature Soccer, Robotics, Instrumental music (Wind Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble and String Ensemle)and Italian Immersion (Maths, Science and S.O.S.E are learnt in full Italian from grades 7-9)
