Derek has spent time in the Australian Defence Force and in recent years as a professional fighter, both in Boxing and Maui Thai. Training out of the Townsville Fighting Fit complex North Coast PT is a unique blend of 1 on 1 personal training mixed with a style of boot camps. Derek’s military background makes boot camps both enjoyable and rewarding for all fitness levels. North Coast PT has 3 other personal trainers on hand to get you to your ultimate fitness goals.
