No Lights No Lycra believes that everyone can dance. There's no lights, no judgement, no teacher, no talking, just free movement and a delicious playlist for one hour.
It's a dance community that started in Melbourne in 2009 by Alice Glenn and Heidi Barrett, dance students who wanted to create a safe space for people to dance as freely as they do in their living rooms.
NLNL now runs dance nights all over Australia and the WORLD.
