What we offer will keep you intrigued, motivated and passionate about your health. No program is ever the same! Designed by an exercise scientist, using the beautiful surrounds of Bundeena. We cater for all fitness levels and conveniently located in town, so no need to trek out.
Class cost - $10-14 per session. (cheaper when bought in a pack)
