Nina Brisenmark Personal Training

I am currently based out of Goodlife Health Clubs at the Maroochy Homemaker Centre, where I run both one-on-one pt sessions and small group training sessions.

I come from a lengthy career in the corporate world, and can relate to the day to day stresses, aches, pains and frustrations that can come from such a lifestyle. I went searching for a better balance in life, and I am passionate about helping you find the same. Whether that means losing those extra centimetres you may have put on in the last few years, training for a sport specific goal, keeping up with the kids or grandkids, or simply increasing your overall strength and fitness, I've got you covered.

No matter the goal, I am confident I can get you there faster, and even help you exceed your expectations. I want you to feel better about yourself!
