Nicholls Rivulet Organic Farm is situated 50 km south of Hobart in the scenic Huon Valley, just 3 km out of Cygnet. The mixed organic enterprise was established by Deborah and Gerard in 2003 with the view to providing sustainable organic produce to the local community.
Nicholls Rivulet Organic Farm is an independent organic farm; Gerard adheres to sustainable organic farming practices. The farm produces prime beef, a rare variety of ruby red rhubarb and selected vegetables.
The beef is sold in wholesale quantities (min 5kg per cut) during the summer months from the Farm Gate.
All year round Nicholls Rivulet Organic Farm adds value to their produce by creating mouthwatering pies, pasties and tartes, which are being sold at the Farm Gate, at local markets or at festivals.
