Nia is all about moving YOUR body's way and about gaining cardio fitness, flexibility, stability & strength through pleasurable movement and a playful, fun environment. My Nia classes are for adult of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. It feels dancey, but you do not need to have any dance experience. Two left feet are more than welcome! Set to an eclectic mix of inspiring music, come and see for yourself why Nia is being hailed as the 'love your body workout'.
