Individual PT programs designed for those who are absolute exercise beginners, right through to fit individuals undertaking periodized training to conquer a sporting event or simply push their limits.
For those experiencing health or injury issues, or older adults, I can work in consultation with your GP or other allied health professionals to provide you with a safe yet effective program to get you on the road to recovery, and beyond.
Groups are available for a range of fitness levels and age groups. Or, start a group with some people you know! See Services for more info.
PT subscriptions run for a minimum of 3 months, with longer subscriptions working out to a reduced price/session.
Term or longer subscriptions for groups are preferred & provide a discount per session as compared to drop in. If starting in the middle of a school term, prorated subscriptions are available. Contact me for more info!
