“Men’s Health Week” fundraiser at Ramada June 19th and 20th 2015

Anyone can experience a mental health problem, so being able to talk about it is important to us all.

Sometimes, it just starts with speaking up. If you don’t have the words for it, you can’t explain to somebody else what your need is. You might not even be able to explain it to yourself.

Our mission is:

To bring awareness and focus on to men’s mental health..

To arrange an event that has a community feel about it and to bring the locals together..

To encourage people to talk more openly about mental issues and seeking help when needed..

To get rid of the stigma that is connected to mental illness; mental illness is not shameful and it does not show personal weakness or failing..

To make a difference..

Sometimes, it only takes a small thing to make a big difference!

This is a non-profit event being held and organized by employees at Ramada Phillip Island where proceedings will be donated to beyondblue as part of Men’s Health Week in June 2015.
Apart from the entertainment, beyondblue will be there to talk to anyone that needs information about depression, anxiety or any other issues we men get.
