There are two large jarrah wooden decks on each level and a front balcony.
- The lower deck has an 8 seater outdoor glass table, which is accessible via the open plan living area.
- The lower deck also has a stair case down to the back yard and to the floating pontoon, for easy access to your moored boat or jetski.
The entire house, excluding wet areas, has high quality laminate floor boards throughout.
