NECA Education and Careers is not your ‘run of the mill’ Trade School or Group Training Organisation (GTO)… it is a smallish business which thrives on delivering great customer service to everyone who walks through our doors.

Our customers range from pre-apprentices / apprentices to trainees to top tier electrical contractors.

The entire team is enthusiastic and absolutely passionate about making a difference in the lives of young men and women.

We are 25 years young this year ! and provide employment and training opportunities for many. We provide employment opportunities through traineeships and apprenticeships. We partner with employers to determine the skills they need and manage all their recruitment, employment, training, mentoring, payroll, and administration along the journey to ensure the apprentice/trainee successfully completes and ideally continues on within their business.

NECA Education and Careers also provides training to the Electrical industry as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in our purpose built facilities. This includes pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeships and industry short courses and qualifications.
