THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Therapist Paul Walsh is highly skilled and constructs treatments so that you gain the maximum physical, emotional and spiritual benefit from your treatment session. Paul offers the highest quality in body work techniques, catering for each of his client’s personal needs. Paul is a fully trained practitioner who has a fantastic reputation as a highly skilled therapist.

Massage treatments will be tailored to suit your personal needs and focused attention is given to body maintenance and muscular management.

YOGA

Qualified and gifted Yoga Practitioner Sarah Leeworthy is running regular group classes in both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, as well as beginners courses and private yoga tuition. These sessions have a strong focus on building your own individual practice. You will be guided and prompted to listen to and learn to understand your body's natural wisdom, abilities and capabilities.

WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS

Natures Wheel run a variety of workshops and retreats. Both Sarah and Paul individually and collaboratively work on providing an environment where participants can immerse themselves in a range of practices. Within this environment individuals have the opportunity for personal growth, learning and better understanding of themselves.

Our variety of different Workshops and Retreats will cover subjects including Yoga, Mindfulness, Contemporary Dance, Massage, Health and Wellbeing.
