Welcome to Nature's Intentions

I am very passionate about health and wellness, believe in the importance of self knowledge and self care and getting back to nature.

During my life journey I had come face to face with personal health challenges as well as people dearest to me which led me on a path to discover why the health concerns came about and how could I best support them. Through this journey I developed a deeper understanding and respect for mother Nature's Farmacy and it's amazing health benefits and healing properties.

On this journey I also learned about the 7 Ancient Principles of Health and by adopting them you could transform your health and your life:

4) Movement

6) Relationships
7) Passion <3

Since adopting these principles in my personal and family life I became more conscious about what food I consumed sourcing mainly organic or pesticide free whole foods, consuming minimal processed food, buying in season and supporting my local farmers markets. I began to drink filtered water, installed a shower filter and took steps to eliminate chemicals in my home (this was a big task but well worth it).

I also became more conscious with what I would put on my skin and how I would manage symptoms of dis-ease or illness. This inspired me to start making my own skincare, cleaning products and health products using natural ingredients and aromatherapy. These decision made a profound positive impact on the health and wellness of myself and my family.

Over the past 8 years I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy sharing what I have learned with my precious son, family and friends inspiring them to be more conscious with their thoughts, what foods they consume, how to nourish their bodies with chemical free products and how to embrace a more natural approach towards health and wellness. As Hippocrates once said “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” ItLet's get back to nature! Small positive changes can really make a difference and Nature's Farmacy is truly amazing and a great place to start!

Nature's Intentions is the next chapter of my life journey it is a platform where I can share this wisdom with all of you and where you have the opportunity to experience some of nature's amazing gifts.
