Natasha has Diplomas in Remedial Massage Therapy and Reflexology. Graduating from Nature Care College, Sydney in 1998.

With near 20 years experience Natasha has worked with a wide variety of muscular skeletal and soft tissue injuries and conditions.

In 2014 Natasha qualified as an Oncology Massage Therapist to assist people who are or were undergoing treatment for cancer. Oncology Massage is an adaption of remedial massage to support a person whom has or is undergoing cancer treatment. The pressure applied during an Oncology Massage is gentle and nurturing. It helps you to rest easier with better quality sleep along with assisting with other muscular aches and pains.

Natasha is passionate about continued education. Currently studying through the Upledger Institute Cranial Sacral Therapy. With Qualifications in Cranial Sacral Therapy Levels 1, 2 & SER1.

During an initial consultation we include discussion about lifestyle, exercise and do a postural assessment.
Natasha focus's as a massage practitioner is to educate and inform you of choices you can easily adapt into your daily routine so you and your body can be best friends. Physical movement with ease which works with you and your life choices.
