When thinking of adding a verandah to our existing home I did not even consider anyone other than NAC. I know NAC have been around in the building industry longer than the 20 years I have been in the real estate industry and I recognize that this sort of experience is worth more than money.

I wanted a classy, high quality, no fuss construction, with all the relevant certification, so I would not have any problems when I decide to sell the home.

From the time I first engaged NAC, through to the final paperwork handover, NAC was on time, on budget and had the job done in an innovative manner. Even when I changed some design aspects of the floor slab they were not fussed, but had the changes promptly engineered and redrawn to reflect my wishes.

In my day to day life as a real estate agent, I see many examples of poor workmanship in garden sheds, carports and verandahs and these are often deal breakers when shoddy workmanship or no building certification can be found for them. Whenever I see a construction branded NAC, I relax a bit and because I know that this part of the transaction is on solid ground.
