I joined the Plexus Health and Wellness company in November 2015 and have been so happy with the results of my journey that I have decided to chronicle everything that being a Plexus advocate entails. Please know that this page is to point people in the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, coupled with products that build strong gut health. As many of us have years of bad bacteria build up in our digestive system, many diseases and ailments can be linked to this collection of bad gut bacteria.
