My Valentino Place: Bed & Breakfast.

If you want privacy and quietness, soft posturepedic king single bed, cleanliness with your OWN bathroom, why not pamper yourself in style and luxury by staying in your own private room and you own toilet and bath situated on the 9th floor of a 2- bedroom penthouse in Sydney. Watch the gorgeous sunset or city lights from the balcony at night or revel in the breathtaking views of the city skyline during the day! The place is 5 km (3 mi) from the hustle and bustle of Central Business District (CBD or more popularly known as Central Business District ) Central Station and Opera House.

Jump start your day with an energizing workout at the on-site gym or get your heart rate up with a few laps in a 4-lane indoor pool. Then you can come back to my place in an aroma of a home-cooked or Continental Breakfast before you head out to enjoy this glorious city. Breakfast may include eggs and toast – any style, fresh fruits of the season, yogurt, wide selection of cereals, special Moccona classic roast instant coffee ( if special ground? you have to bring your own, I got coffee machine! ) , milk, juice or hot tea ( Fruit Tea, Green Tea, Earl Grey, Chinese Jasmine Tea etc ). Or if you prefer, Gluten free and special organic food and special request, you also have to bring, buy, supply yourself lol ) also you can prepare your own continental breakfast if after 8AM because i have to go to work. You can request for a cooked breakfast next day just inform the host if you want.

Duration of Stay:

Minimum nights are 3. Maximum negotiable lol. I had a student and a recent guest ( Jan 2013 ) stayed here for a month. My place is also very popular with business people, very close to Alexandria and Rosebery business district, a very close walk.( Bourke Street, O'Riordan Street, Botany Road, Rosebery Avenue, Dunning Avenue etc )

A Security deposit of A$120 applies ( This is for your swiper-security key to access lobby door, elevator, gym, jacussi, steam sauna and pool ) to be replace if EVER you lost it, which takes a while to request from council/strata. so PLEASE, don't lose the keys and swiper.

Out & About:

I CAN PICK UP at the airport for free ( 6:00 am to 8:00 am ) or Central Station or Green Square ( after my work ) after 5 pm any day.

BEST TO SAVE: May i suggest: 2015- OPAL Card - this is new system now. Load 20$ or 40$ ( This will cover your transportation for on all Train, Bus and Ferry ) or buy at Airport Station window or I can lend you mine ( Adult Opal card ) , Use this first to take the Airport Link to Central ( Leave your luggage there ) explore the city, go back to central get luggage and call me and I can come pick you up at Central Station/Green Square Station ( closer to house ) after work around 5 PM.

Intermission: Why not include and enjoy yourself a cruise to the South Pacific from here Sydney: 3, 6 or 9 days to New Caledonia, Vanuatu or Fiji, a must since ur here now lol.

TRAIN: From the airport, take the Airport Line (green) and disembark at Green Square Station ( Our Station stop - 3rd stop from International Airport Station). You can take a 10-minute walk to my unit. This line also goes around the City.
BUS: ( AT OUR DOOR ) Take 343 City-Chatswood : Bus Route or Red Bus M20 right in front of the Doorsteps to the City. This is a 10-minute bus ride to Central Sydney Downtown to Circular Quay ( Opera House Stop ). Cruise along Elizabeth Street all the way to the City or take Bus 348 to Bondi Beach - Wolli Creek or 370 to Coogee Beach - Leichart ( passing to Newtown ). Also There is a FREE shuttle around town (Green Bus Route 555) that runs every ten minutes and travels on a loop from Central Station to Circular Quay via Elizabeth and George Streets. It is like getting a free city tour. Get on and hop off anytime. Explore then wait for the next shuttle.
WALK: A good 30 minute slow pace walk (for exercise) to Central Station via Botany Road, Bourke St or Danks St. There are plenty of coffee shops, eateries and boutiques along the way ( Tru- Surry Hills ) ending at Oxford Street corner Darlinghurst Rd. As always, you can take the free shuttle (Green Bus Route 555) from Central Station/Chinatown Sydney. See Circular Quay, Opera House, Centerpoint etc. Centenial Park and Fox Studios are close by too.
DRIVE: There is a visitors parking on site that is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is also plenty of street parking for a nominal charge from 8AM to 6 PM (2 hour limit on metered parking). Street parking is free after 6 PM but your car has to be moved by 10AM the next morning. Secure parking is available for an additional cost, by arrangement.

Groceries and coffee shops: walk 10 minutes from home down Joynthon Avenue turn right on pond to EAST VILLAGE new shopping mall, coles, Poseidon fresh seafood & salmon or fish and chips, liquor shops, meats, fruits and asian shops and gourmet stuff close by, It has banks, atm and medical centre, pub and restaurants open till late.

Unit Amenities: Flat screen TV with remote, DVD player, Mistsubishi aircon/heater, king size single bed that can be converted to a trundle/double bed, crisp clean sheets and pillowcases, table and reading lamp. Free Bus schedules/time table are available. You can use/borrow my ‘Eyewitness Travel Guide to Australia’ by DK Publishing known for its beautiful colored pictures, accurate and balanced coverage of Australia.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, lavatory, toilertrolls/paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
Balcony: Enjoy a morning breakfast in the Balcony 1 after a restful night’s sleep. Read your book on your own private Balcony 3 which is in your bedroom. Marvel at the clear waters of Botany Bay or relax as you watch the planes go by without the noise.

Building Amenities:

BBQ area, indoor pool and jacuzzi, spa and dry sauna, Gym/Recreation Area (open till 10PM), elevators, security access swipe cards, round the clock security guards, intercom, private lock-up parking spot.

You can arrange a half-day tour around our own neighbourhood for some premium outlet shopping in Alexandria. On weekends, you can go for a leisure walk to the city or we can grab a bite to eat at a local bistro that offers fresh ingredients of the season close by. A night out at a nearby sydney/oxford dance club is not to be missed! Sydney is known for it pulsating nightlife that never fails to mesmerize locals and tourists alike. Like the Sydney Mardi Gras ( kicks off first week of February ) Parade is last sunday of Feb. every year! boys boys boys everywhere and girls too lol.

Vicinity/Area:

The place is close only a 10-minute walk to outlet shopping district located in Alexandria District or the new EAST VILLAGE. Get in line at Allpress Cafe, touted as the best coffee place in Sydney. Newtown is close by as well (take Bus 370) where you can find good food and plenty of cheap eats.

Coogee beach is 10 minutes and the bus stop is right on our doorstep (take Bus 370 ) or to head over to the captivating Bondi Beach.
