Hi, My name is Graham Foley

My Style Fitness is a home studio I have created to help and assist people wanting to get fit and keep healthy but are intimidated by large gyms and lots of people.

We are located in a local Brisbane suburb and cater to all one on ones/privte group sessions and open group sessions willing to get fit and healthy, I will also be mobile to large sports teams and group circuits who wish for my assistance.

My Style Fitness counts for very affordable prices and 100% personal dedication and attention to help you reach all goals set.

I come from a large sporting and training background mainly consisting of Football, Touch football and Boxing.
Boxing has been my main sport for the past 18years competing in Ameture and Professional fights aswell as previously holding a Boxing lisence to train and coach fighters in the ring. Within my boxing past I achieved Golden Glove title's, Canterbury (new zealand, district) titles and professional fights on Australia's Foxtel channel.
