Liz is a Yoga Teacher , Kinesiologist and Wellness Educator and offers individual sessions and group classes and workshops which are both experiential and educational.
Importantly there is a focus on allowing a deep connection to our inner wisdom.
Using focused breath, movement, touch and sound, the Somato Respiratory Integration connects us with our unique and innate resources for living a richer, more deeply connected and graceful life.
